Congressman Pete Stauber, of Minnesota’s 8th Congressional district, honored National Police Week by meeting with law enforcement, the family of fallen officers, and speaking on the House floor in honor of the men and women who serve our communities in law enforcement. Stauber served as a police officer for 23 years, so he is well acquainted with the sacrifices these people make to help our communities.
Stauber stated, “Now more than ever, we must show our unwavering support for our law enforcement officers. We must make a commitment to them as they have committed to our families, our friends, and our communities.”
