The first presidential debate was a revealing night for the Biden campaign.  Joe Biden displayed several inconsistencies as he couldn’t even remember his own policy platform.  The mainstream media and political supporters like AOC were quick to dismiss his blunders.  However the stakes are too high in this election to continuously forgive Biden’s lies and mistakes.

Joe Biden has garnered success by associating with the radical left.  He gained praise for supporting rioters and the movement to defund the police.  He also received approval by adopting the Green New Deal.  But when pressed on the climate issue he said, “I support the Biden plan that I put forward, which is different than what (Trump) calls the ‘radical’ Green New Deal”.  It is unclear what the ‘Biden’ plan must be, since his campaign site proudly defends the Green New Deal.  To combat the ‘climate emergency’, “Biden believes the Green New Deal is a crucial framework for meeting the climate challenges we face. It powerfully captures two basic truths, which are at the core of his plan: the United States urgently needs to embrace greater ambition on an epic scale to meet the scope of this challenge”.

Climate Advisor and Green New Deal advocate, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez quickly dismissed Biden’s claims.  After the debate she stated, “This isn’t news…I joined Biden’s Climate Unity Task Force – so we could set aside our differences & figure out an aggressive climate plan to address the planetary crisis”.

Moreover, Biden was unable to share his intentions for the supreme court.  Democratic rhetoric over packing the Supreme Court picked up after Trump’s SCOTUS nomination.

While asked if he supports packing the Supreme Court he replied, “Whatever position I take, that’ll become the issue”.  It appears that someone neglected to remind Joe what his policy for the Supreme Court is.  If Joe Biden intends to influence Constitutional law, he must be able to answer to America.
